Podcast/Audio Book editing is the most time consuming step in creating your finished product and that is why many outsource. It requires a lot of time and if you aren’t an expert it can take many hours for you to edit your own 30-minute podcast episode or full length audio book

If the track you are looking at has vocals and vocals are NOT ALLOWED in your activity, I’d suggest finding an instrumental/Karaoke version that you like the best on iTunes (unless the original has at least 1:30 of usable music without lyrics). You can just search the title and put “instrumental” or “karaoke” in the title search. Once you have that, it’s time to move forward!
1. Send me the track(s) via email OR let us know the exact title, artist and album as you see it on iTunes. Or, if you can only find it on YouTube you can send me the exact link by copying and pasting the URL and sending it in an email.
2. Let me know, as specifically as possible, which chunks of music you would like to use as well as the overall target length. For example, use second markers such as 0:20-1:10 / 1:25-1:45 / 3:45-end etc... Try your best to get as close to the desired length using a few sections of music as possible (no more than 5 is preferable). Also, mixing 2 or 3 separate songs together is possible, however it works best with songs that are similar in tempo, mood and key.
*Please be as sure as possible on the music selections as well as the sections of music you’d like to use as it will possibly affect the number of attempts necessary to complete the edit!
3. I will put it all together, cut it in the right spots, and smooth everything out. Attention to detail is my priority! No skips, no lost beats. It WILL sound like the song was intentionally written and composed at this length. I even smooth out the volume so that there are no missed starts or endings by your gymnast.
4. Once I have something for you to listen to I will send it with a voice over (watermark) for your approval. If it's a go, I will send an invoice and email your final version of the music. If it needs more attention, we will edit until you are 100% satisfied.
